The Dog and Cat Animal Hospital was opened in 1998 to provide the best possible care for animals in the Ariake area. We provide primary and specialist care to companion animals and their families and are proud of our ability to diagnose and treat pets without over-vaccination, over-diagnosis and/or over-treatment. Pets need people to make health decisions for them. We help to ensure that your pets live a happy and comfortable life.

Our goal at the Dog and Cat Animal Hospital is to provide pets with the care we would want for our own dogs and cats. We want them to enjoy visiting us.

Visiting

We only treat dogs and cats.
When visiting the hospital, please have your pet on a lead or put it in a cage to prevent problems.
Reservations are not accepted during normal hours. Normally, consultations are handled in order of arrival, but in case of emergency, the order may change.
If this is your first time, please bring your pet's vaccination certificate, test results and medication history.
If you have pet insurance, please submit your insurance card at the reception.
If you would like to see your veterinarian at an unusual time such as on a holiday or at night, please make a reservation by phone first.

Hospitalization/Surgery

The Dog and Cat Animal Hospital provides pets and pet owners with preventive and immediate medical and surgical advice, care and attention.
We will advise you on preventive health care, either at the hospital or over the phone.
The reception area is comfortable and has attractive items for pets. In addition to the three consultation rooms, if your pet needs to stay for the day, there is a modern glass kennel, an X-ray room and preparation room, a modern, fully equipped operating room and a pharmacy.
The anesthetics and drugs used during surgery and the methods used to monitor vital signs are similar to those used during human surgery in a hospital.

We accept cash payment and most major credit cards.
